Hello You!
In 2011 I set a personal run goal of 1000 km's (I'm Canadian - 932 miles for you if you're not). I ended the year with 1022 - which I was pretty happy about.
I've set a new goal for 2012 - and I honestly believe this will be a tricky one - but I'm super excited!
For tracking I use the Nike+ app - I LOVE it!

Love the goal, Sarah! Now, I'm going to have to constantly convert it to miles, but I like the goal!
ReplyDeleteI'm shooting for 6 hours of training (swim/bike/run + weight based strength) each week for 2012. But this free online gadget totals my miles ... I'm 7 shy from 200. LOVE IT!
