I am the BIGGEST slacker right now.
Last week I only managed to round up a total of 9.45 running km's total.
It's true, I did spend HOURS geocaching, and played 2 nights of dodgeball, including 3 hours of reffing - but they don't count.
And so - it's Monday. Goal for the week - 25 km's which is still under what I need to average per week to make my 2012 goal of 1500 - but I am sure I will make up some of that slack once the weather is better!

1500 km's in 2012
Hello You!
In 2011 I set a personal run goal of 1000 km's (I'm Canadian - 932 miles for you if you're not). I ended the year with 1022 - which I was pretty happy about.
I've set a new goal for 2012 - and I honestly believe this will be a tricky one - but I'm super excited!
For tracking I use the Nike+ app - I LOVE it!
What's YOUR goal??

Runner?
Running.
I'm not super awesome at it - I don't break records (except my own of course) - I don't win the race (I'm a happy middle of the pack) - I don't train at 3 am or eat strange foods..
BUT I run. Am I a "runner"? I MUST be right?!
I run for peace of mind. For strength - body & soul. I run because when everything in the world seems so gigantic and unmanageable I tie up my laces and the pavement sucks it all away.
Why do YOU run?
